To keep our online preschool running smoothly, please agree to all of these policies:

I understand that after signing up, I will receive training videos that teach me how to login in to the Zoom classroom, that my payment account is managed by STRIPE billing, and how to communicate with the teacher.

I understand that "LIVE" Teaching Time (TT) classes are held between 1200-1230 p.m. EST, and that my child will be assigned a "LIVE" Preschool Pals (PPLs) class time (an additional 30 minutes on my child's class days) from 1230-100 p.m. (EST). All times are estimates and could run over by a few minutes give or take.

I understand that after registering, I will sign up for my free 7-day trial using STRIPE. I understand once again that my account is managed by STRIPE. I also understand that TUITION FEES "WILL NOT" be refunded UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and if I want cancel I must contact the school liason (teacher/owner) 30 days prior to cancelation and once again there are "NO" refunds of any kind.

I understand that I will need to log my child into the Zoom classroom for each session of Teaching Time (5mins prior) and Preschool Pals, but I do not need to stay (optional) during class time, but your child must know how to "MUTE" and "UNMUTE; if they do not then I must be in near proximity to do this for them. However, I understand that Leilani Online Pre-K is not a babysitter, and that if my child is misbehaving during online preschool, that the teacher will talk to me about finding a solution to help my child not misbehave.

I understand that after I sign up, I will join a free private Facebook group where ALL communications will be held. I understand that joining the free private Facebook group is required. In addition, to the private FB group; I must create an account (automatic) after I register to gain access to Leilani Online Pre-k "MEMBERSHIP" area. This area will house everything in regards to the school.

Additionally, I understand that after I register and sign up for online preschool, it may take Leilani Online Pre-K up to 24 hours to offer instructions on how to access the Zoom classrooms because they are assigning my child a Preschool Pals class. Lastly, I also understand that some classes will be pre-recorded in addition to "LIVE" and will be sent out the Monday prior to Tuesdays (Tue/Thu) class.
